I was very skeptical that these would really work and let me tell you they did! I just wish I had taken a pic of my before starting these but it’s grown back in thicker and now i can brush my hair without a handful of hair coming out. I don’t know how people are complaining that these taste bad. They actually taste like candy. I’ve been taking these for 4 months and they DO work. My temple hairs had fallen out. Now I can see some growing back in. They are kinda pricey but they do work. I started with one gummy a day for the first month then increased to 1.5 gummies a day. That is what I keep taking. Contains too much selenium and selenium in high quantities can cause rapid hair loss i will try this bottle but if they don’t remove the selenium i won’t purchase it again and tho i haven’t open the bottle yet i saw too many reviews of how bad this taste so i am on the fence of returning before i open it!
