Nice tasting Multi Vits
The drink that the tablets form is actually quite nice & I enjoy drinking it. I have been taking them for a few weeks and I feel less tired in the afternoons. I caught a cold & it only lasted a day or so.

Healthy and great tasting
I couldn’t tell you if they work but I dissolve one of these in a glass of water each day. Good taste, makes me feel as though I’m adding some goodness into my body, with all the vitamins and minerals. No sugars, natural; worth a try at a great price.

I bought these to try and give my immune system a bit of a boost during the winter months. The good points are that they taste quite nice; the raspberry and lemon flavour is pretty refreshing and much better than some of the overly artificial ones out there. However, it does have a slightly weird tang or tinge to the aftertaste which is a bit off-putting. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I can't honestly say I’ve noticed any major improvement in my energy levels or general health. I haven't got sick either, but I can't be sure if that’s down to these tablets. They are fine as a nice tasting supplement, but I haven't seen the big results I was hoping for

This helped me with flu. Almost all my GL family members were affected with flu but I wasn't. I've got the energy and sleep quality I needed as a nursing mother, it dissolves quickly in water, it's value for money to be able to get 4 nourishing vitamins at a go. It's got the correct ingredients seen on Tablets as advertised.
