Nice tasting Multi Vits
The drink that the tablets form is actually quite nice & I enjoy drinking it. I have been taking them for a few weeks and I feel less tired in the afternoons. I caught a cold & it only lasted a day or so.

Slow to dissolve & gritty…
Not unpleasant but takes ages to dissolve and leaves a gritty aftertaste. I prefer Phizz and you get electrolytes!

I couldn’t tell you if they work but I dissolve one of these in a glass of water each day. Good taste, makes me feel as though I’m adding some goodness into my body, with all the vitamins and minerals. No sugars, natural; worth a try at a great price.
