Does exactly what I wanted. Be careful though it is flimsy
I have been looking for exactly this thing and finally I have found it. I have saved so much money cutting my own hair since the pandemic I will not go back. I was not that good with scissor cutting my hair (but I did an okay job and my hair grows really fast). This makes it so everything is even. No more scissors! I used these on the my Conair. I know it says it works on Whal but it fits just fine on my Conair model. I gave it 5 stars because it does exactly what I wanted it to do. The value for the money is 3 stars (if that) and the sturdiness is below (1 star). I have to be real. This thing is cheaply made, it could break at any second. You have to be very careful. If we are thinking of value of product then this is not a good buy. However, if we are thinking of value of the invention or utility it provides then it definitely deserves 5 stars. Could the makers of this make better quality product, sure but I would rather be careful and save in the long run on my barbershop trips.

Very satisfied with these clipper guards
I know, we all go look at the one-star reviews. There's not a lot, but most of them go on about how these guards break easily on the first use. Well, I've used each guard twice now and no problems at all. They are a bit tight when they snap onto the blade and the plastic is a bit stiffer than the guards that came with my clipper. So, with all that in mind, I was gentle with them. But, you want them to be tight. A guard that slips around means you're going to end up looking like a complete idiot. So just be gentle when taking them on and off and you'll be fine. With that out of the way, I am very satisfied with hows these performed. My clipper is a Whal Color Pro Plus, model MC3. These larger guards fit perfectly. I've recently start going from a buzz/crew to an undercut, just a bit longer on top. The 1" that came with the Whal wasn't long enough. Every time I cut my hair it was like going back to a crew that looked like a half-baked undercut. So I got these guards. That photo of my hair is a fresh cut using the 1 1/4" on top and a bit growth to about 1/4" on the sides. I'm very satisfied with how these performed. They went through the hair, picking up the hair to the blade really well. My top looks nice and uniform. Couldn't have asked for more, especially at this price. Why am I bothering with this review, sounding like a shill? Because I've bought crappy guards before and screwed up my hair, and thought I'd share the benefit of experience. So, I bought these with some trepidation and now you know you don't need to wonder.

Kind of flimsy
This is my first time using clipper guards of this size, so I don't have anything else to compare to, but my initial impression of these guards, especially the 2" (#16) size is that it's not very sturdy. I don't know if it's the nature of the size that they have to be made this way (vs. being metal), but the combs are soft enough for the fingers to squeeze them together. BUT, they aren't so soft that they'll break apart (yet). I've always cut my son's hair (he's now 12) and lately he's been wanting his very straight hair to stay long on top. I don't mind that but it does have to be trimmed at some point, and all I had was the standard 1" guard that comes with the clipper kit. The 2" guard worked fairly well, especially in the front, but once I bring the clipper towards the back it's hard for the hair to stay against the guard. It's just the nature of hair. So it takes time and patience. And it's going to take a few haircuts for me to get this right. But at least now both of us can be appeased--I can see my son's eyes and he can keep his relative length. Oh, and for reference the guards fit on my Wahl Self Cut Compact Corded Clipper with no problems.

Great Product, Works As Expected
So I am one to like my hair cut longer than most (or all, as far as I know) clipper guards that come with clippers. These are just what I wanted, maybe even needed. BUT, I will let you know, they are not to be used like normal clipper guards. Sorry to break it to you, but you have to put more effort into cutting your hair with these guards (harder for larger guards). That is absolutely NOT a problem with the guards. Because the guards are so large, they can't cut hair like the smaller default guards can. You have to actually pull your hair up for the clippers to reach your hair. So if anyone has said they don't cut right, that is on them. You have to put more effort into using them. Plain as that. One very small thing I've seen/heard is how the sizes are ever so slightly off from what they are advertised as. Maybe that is true, but an 1/8 of an inch of hair can grow in a couple weeks. So it really isn't all that big of a deal to me. Overall, great products, just make sure you use them properly and don't bend them too far or else they will break. They are long guards, that can only be expected.

fits great. feels sturdy. and almost as good as the original manufacturer guards. fits my conair clippers perfectly. probably will fit most wahl style clipper blades.

Worked as intended and fit my non wahl brand buzzer
I dont have a wahl buzzer but the gaurds are universal with in reason of course. Works as intended and gave me a universal trim on my full beard. It did take a bit of time to make sure my full beard was trimmed. Just make sure to cover the area with various angles. And go over your work a few times in opposite directions and a variety of angles on your beard for a unified cut. Would recommend for beard

Fits well and good for short term use
They fit well and work good enough. They definitely won't last long as they are really bendy and cheap. I only need them once in awhile so, it isn't an issue for me. If you need to use them often, they may not hold up.

Le quedaron bien a la maquina Wahl. La más grande de 2" es un poco frágil pero sirven muy bien

No need for barbers
Been cutting my own hair for over a year now and whilst the 1 inch guard that came with my clippers is great for the back of my head, it’s just too short for my sides and top. I don’t like the “military” look as I’ve had what’s basically a modern take on a Beatles cut for virtually my whole life... so I settled on two inches being an acceptable substitute for a scissor cut (my old hairdresser shuttered because of Covid and to save money for big life investments haircuts have been the first thing to go) - I’m really impressed by how textured and pro the cut is! Try going from a few angles so that it’s not to “straight cut” and it basically looks like a textured scissor cut that’s a bit on the short side.... within about I got a pretty nice cut! Awesome, never going to a barber again haha

Fits on my conair hair clipper
Love this option. It was a bit of a learning curve though since my husbands‘ hair is so soft it just glided over. After a bit of practice I use a comb to hold the hair up against the clipper and it works to cut all the hair the same length.
