I bought this for my cat and just break up the pieces into smaller pieces. More economical that way! Newman loves these treats and meows for them when he knows it’s treat time. I love then because they ingredient list is just chicken so I know exactly what he’s getting. They crumbled a bit, but I just sprinkled the crumbs on top of his food. They’re the perfect combo of soft and crunchy. Overall, I recommend these treats!

My dog loves these! They come in chunks of varying sizes, and I usually break smaller pieces off them since I use them as high value training treats. They don't seem to cause any stomach issues if she eats a lot of them (which I worry about with the liver treats), and they're easy to use and not messy since they're dehydrated. The only downside is that they tend to break up really easily, just from sitting in the bag apparently. My dog will still happily lick the powder and crumbs off my finger for a treat, but it's not as convenient and rather messy to do that, so I end up giving her the powdery stuff mixed in with her kibble at meal times.

I have been purchasing this product for my cats since it came on the market (at least a decade ago). Some of the negative comments are not deserved. This is my 5 cents:- never buy the small bag or the cat variety (also small bag) b/c it contains junk quality/crumbs from the end of the packing/production line. Buy the big bags. I usually get 175 gr, sometimes 330. Consider how often you will use it b/c the more you open the bag the more you oxidize the content and spoil the product. It is raw after all. The bigger bags contain beautiful big pieces of chicken breast you just crumble them for a cat.- it does happen the product may arrives spoiled (wettish appearance and weird smell) as sharp pieces can perforate the bag in transport and thus oxidize for an undisclosed time.- yes, as you crumble the pieces you may find a small bone - well, it is a meat product, right? made in mass production, right? Can't possibly remove all the small bones.- it is ridiculously annoying Amazon does not offer self-managed return on pet food and one has to contact customer service and argue for a return/exchange.- I give 5 stars for quality, 4 start for often too high price, 1 star for amazon return policy on pet food.

I used to buy FRESH IS BEST but switched over to this brand because they stopped offering Fresh is Best through the monthly subscription plan. (They now offer it again). However this product is less expensive, so I was happy to save money.I have been buying it for a year now, several bags a month. I have a cat with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and is very limited to what he can eat. About a month ago, I received a 11.6 oz bag of spoiled product. You could smell it was bad and it was very greasy. Both my cats and dog would eat though, so I thought it was ok, even though it smelled bad. Within a few days, my sick cat stopped eating completely and I had to nurse him back to health.I then ordered a few smaller sized bags the next month, and ALL 3 OF THEM ARE ROTTEN, and from 2 different lots. I called Amazon, AND I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM....EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE, THEY REFUNDED ME THE MONEY, and I ordered from FRESH IS BEST.However, I wanted to follow up with the manufacture (in Quebec, Canada) to find out what is going on with their quality control. The woman curtly took the lot number information, after I offered it several times...and basically said that was all she was willing to do. I told her that she is going to lose me as a customer, and others on Amazon are also complaining about receiving rotten product, and her response was: what do you want me to do....I said there are other actions some companies take that are much more customer service focused then basically just taking the lot numbers. She asked me like what.....I said, well some companies might offer to get back with the customer once they contact Quality Assurance, some companies might offer free product to make the customer happy, some companies might at least provide lot numbers of NON-ROTTEN product just to be helpful...she said that she had no intention of doing any of this.I told her that was fine, if losing customers is not a big deal to customer service, so be it....

Aussi bien pour un chat qu'un chien, c'est du poulet à 100%. La seule différence est la taille des bouchées qui sont plus grosses pour chien. Mon chat préfère les morceaux plus gros et c'est très friable donc il n'a aucune difficulté à les manger. L'avantage c'est que ça s'emiette moins quand les morceaux sont plus gros, car il peut y avoir beaucoup de miettes dans le fond du sac. Un peu cher mais se conserve longtemps et aucun produit chimique.
