Works really well
Use was so I could connect a headset to my phone, and mute the microphone part of the usual handset. It does this perfectly, and it is easy to see when the mute button is down and doing its thing. Well pleased, well made, good price too.

Great headset splitter.
A cost effective and simple to use headset splitter. This tiny device makes training a doddle and with the additional mute buttons a trainer can either take over a call or remain unheard. Compared to the very expensive units we have used in the past, this is as easy to use and far less restrictive. Partnered with some of the great headsets available on amazon, you can quickly ensure that all the calls you need to monitor whilst training are done in a neat and tidy way.

Perfect for job. Dont expect it to be a 2-way audio tho, most people thing this is 2 lines its not its 1 line split so you can listen in on calls.
