Best of the pumpkin seed oil gummies that I have tried and I have tried several of them. I don’t mind the taste at all, smells fine, I have no issues with digestion, and actually seems to work for my hair when compared to the others I have tried which I actually noticed made no difference in my hair which I suspect has to do with the quality and purity of the oil. Best of all I don’t have to worry about pill size due to it being a gummy. It’s good value for the money since it works and I take only one a day - the others I tried were cheaper and less effective.

I like to think this is doing some good. It was recommended by my pcp. It tastes fine and doesn't seem to upset my stomach.

Honestly, I'm not sure if these are helping or not. I was taking some joint supplements. They were really helping with pain but, unfortunately, one of the side-effects was hair loss. I stopped taking the joint supplements when I noticed my hair was getting thin and started taking these pumpkin seed oil gummies. My hair loss has stopped but I can't really say that my hair has started growing back. I've been taking for about 3 months. I'm going to give it a couple more months and see if there's noticeable improvement. The gummies have a nice orange flavor.
