I don’t mind the taste at all, smells fine, I have no issues with digestion, and actually seems to work for my hair when compared to the others I have tried which I actually noticed made no difference in my hair which I suspect has to do with the quality and purity of the oil. Best of all I don’t have to worry about pill size due to it being a gummy. It’s good value for the money since it works and I take only one a day - the others I tried were cheaper and less effective.
