Long lasting & peace of mind
We have purchased the largest box of these over 6 times in the last two years. Sometimes a few of the bones will be a bit lighter, thinner, and more brittle, but overall the quality is fairly consistent and good. They are the only bones we give our dogs that last longer than 20 minutes. They usually work at them for 2-3 days on and off, unless the Shiba mix is in a very determined mood (she has VERY sharp teeth that can cut through anything). Our larger Korean Village Dog (KVD) in the photo is 48 pounds and the Shiba/KVD is 38 pounds. The large size is great for both of them. We used to buy the Yak bones, but these are a better value. I'm sensitive to smell and notice no smell when they chew these, although you can smell them a tiny bit when you open the box (however, it has never once caused me to gag, if that is helpful haha). We generally take the bones away when they are under 3 inches long as a safety measure. The Shiba does tend to swallow small chunks of these on occasion, but only has gotten sick a couple of times, and she has a weaker stomach in general.Overall, I have peace of mind giving these bones to them now, but we monitored closely at the beginning to make sure they wouldn't choke. These get 5/5 stars for their chewing longevity, for not causing me anxiety, and for the happy wagging tails when I open the cabinet to get new ones. They also hurt less to kick and step on when you get up during the night.

Only collagen chews I will buy
These are long lasting. My 40 lb aggressive chewer abs loves these! She will hide them inside in the garden (I have difficulty finding them) as well as outside before even chewing on them. I give her about 1 a month. Red Barn is very high quality and these are very thick. One will last my dog at least 4 sessions of about 30 minutes of chewing each session. She also lives it when I play hide and seek with these. No issues with diarrhea, bad breath or these smelling. Although when she pulls them out from hiding in the garden I do like to rice them off before she starts chewing on them. It is quite entertaining to watch her search for a place to bury her chew. Great value, especially with subscribe.

Long lasting, clean ingredients list, big hit!!!
The media could not be loaded. My dog went crazy for this! She has a sensitive belly and can only have limited ingredient snacks. This one was easily digestible, softens as she chews, doesn’t splinter or smell, and they’re lasting quite awhile! It’s nice to have a 3-pack value option, because we’ve been using them to distract her from paw licking and can offer her a new one as needed. The larger size means less choking hazard, and the width isn’t too thick so she can gnaw to her hearts content without cracking a tooth.

Keeps them busy, soak the brittle ones in water
These keep my american bully busy much longer than other brands, and no odor, no carpet stains. Great distraction for separation anxiety, lasts half hour to an hour if one of the thicker softer ones. Other brands I have tried only range from 5 to 15 minutes of entertainment.however, some bags have mostly brittle sticks as others have noted. When we get a brittle bag, we leave them soaking in a bucket of water for about a half hour to an hour and it makes them a little more chewy. need to let them sit out for a few minutes to drip dry before giving to the bully...finding somewhere she can't get to is perhaps the biggest challenge.Strongly recommend investing in a good bully stick holder. Our dog tries to cheat herself out of a few good minutes of chewing by just softening up the last 6-8 inches before attempting to swallow whole. Yes...attempt, it isn't usually successful and sounds dangerous and unappetizing, so will spare the details. Bully stick holder eliminates that problem. need a large - xtra large adjustable one to handle these sticks as some are substantially thicker than others.

Better than I expected!
Collagen sticks are simply the best! My dog absolutely loves them and they've become a staple in our household. These sticks are made from high-quality, all-natural ingredients and are free from any harmful additives or preservatives. I feel good about giving them to my dog knowing that they're not only delicious but also healthy. What I love most about collagen sticks is that they're incredibly long-lasting. They keep my dog entertained for hours on end, and unlike other chews that he's gone through in a matter of minutes, these sticks keep him occupied for days. They're also great for promoting healthy chewing habits and dental hygiene. The quality of these collagen sticks is second to none. They're thick, durable, and don't splinter or break apart easily. I've tried other brands in the past, but they just don't compare to the quality of these sticks.Overall, I highly recommend bully sticks to any dog owner looking for a healthy and entertaining chew option for their furry friend. My dog loves them and I'm sure yours will too!

Didn’t last as long as I thought.
They were OK chews. 1/3 came with burn marks or some black spots all over it, and they didn’t last as long as other brands, breaking easier than others. For reference, I have three dogs of all different sizes. My 80 pound (heavy chewer) lab mix finished hers in a few minutes. My 65 pound (medium chewer) golden retriever finished his in 10 minutes. And my 35 pound (light chewer) sheltie took the longest at 30 minutes. They got another brand of the same size and ingredient for Christmas and even my heavy chewer took a few hours on it. These broke fairly easy, and she would just chomp the pieces down in seconds. If I was just getting these for my sheltie, I’d buy them. For us specifically, it was just not worth almost $5 per chew for it to disappear in a couple of minutes for my heavier chewers. I do however like that they are one ingredient and safer than a lot of other chews out there.
