Is the brush inside all black as well and the outside I plastic or steel

The brush is in 3 parts: an outer casing, a cylindrical inner bucket, a black handle ending in a tough black and grey brush: all made of tough plastic

Has anyone bought replacement brush and if so, does the brush fit into the lid area ? Any advice would be great.

The replacement brush head comes as one piece with the handle.

Can this be mounted without screws?

Good afternoon, Thanks for your message. I'm afraid the holder cannot be mounted without screws.

Does this steel holder rust?

Like most chrome plated products in the bathroom or toilet there do rust if not cleaned and polished regularly, but in general this is a good product.
