I like the fact that this Cod Liver Oil is made in the UK and has been distilled to remove any toxic impurities unlike many many other brands. I also like the fact that it is entirely natural however for those people who are vegan it uses Bovine gelatin in the casings, not some artificial rubbish. I do not get any reflux after swallowing. Dosage is one per day, I would say that this is because of the vitamin A concentration beware of any others brands that say to take more than that.
