They have if you buy today extended the warranty to 12 months but we paid £29.99 when we brought it in January 2022 but they have increased the price now at £43.00 so there is now a big difference and you can get additional 3 year cover for £6.95 always read the small print and know your right as laid out in the Part 1 Chapter 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

does it toast one side of bagal

It toasts both sides of whatever you put in it. The slots are a perfect size for a bagel cut in half but it will toast both sides.
