King of Shaves Advanced Sensitive Clear Shaving Serum Hybrid 50ml

I prefer to don a small beard but when my wife demands I look smart to go to some function and need to shave I always use King of Shaves shaving il. You only need a tiny amount of it to cover the area to be shaved and it’s not like a sticky gooey mess that foam is. As your chin isn’t “hidden” under a mass of foam you can still see the contours of your chin and move the razor accordingly. It smells nice too.

Only used once so far so it's more of a 'first impressions'Very impressive, doesn't really foam up much which is a plus, I just put 2 pumps in my palm with a little hot water and then put on my face just before shaving.Couldn't even feel my (electric) shaver on my face!Also seemed to make the shave easier and quicker...No sore/red beck afterwards.5 stars from me so far

I bought this after recommendation from a friend.The King of Shaves sensitive serum has a nice texture, feels good quality and has a mild minty scent.I have only recently ventured into the world of straight razor shaving and initially used the Arko cream shaving stick. The problem with this is that as it lathers up, it is difficult to see where you are shaving (which makes beard trimming and shaping difficult).The King of Shaves serum is somewhere between an oil and gel in terms of texture and does not lather up. This allows for a clearer view when shaving.In terms of smoothness, it provides a nice smooth shave, though not as smooth as the Arko shaving cream soap. This is a small price to pay however for the ability to shave straight clean lines when trimming a beard.Overall, very happy with the product and would highly recommend.

Husband very pleased with the oil , exactly as described , easy to use and lightly scented.

The only problem with this serum is that it leaves a really dirty mark round the sink where the serum grabs hold of the bristles and sticks to the ceramic sides. It is a real pain to clean off. Maybe this affected by water type, I don't know. I like KoS products and use the shave oil which I find just as good and no dirty marks.

I am very pleased with this product, having relied previously on King of Shaves Mentholated Shaving Oil and Neal's Yard Shaving Oil. This new shave serum by KoS gives a much better result, in combination with my Panasonic electric shaver. I have somewhat sensitive skin and to my delight, this shave serum seems to have facilitated a shave free of shaving rash.I recommend it 100%.

I am definitely what you would call a creature of habit. Ever since I started shaving - probably some 35 years ago - I've hated wet shaving. I've tried it on maybe half a dozen occasions in that time, but it always left my skin feeling raw and spotty. So I stuck to what I knew - my electric shaver. Then, maybe a couple of months ago, out of the blue I tried some King Of Shaves Kinexium Shaving Oil - what a revelation. It didn't hurt, it gave me a wonderfully close shave and my face felt really good afterwards! And, unlike shaving foam, I could actually see what I was doing! Surely it couldn't get any better? Well it just did! Encouraged by my experience with the oil, I tried this shaving serum - and it really is even better still. Just as close a shave, just as easy and my face feels fantastic afterwards. And it takes no more time than an electric shave! That's a win-win-win-win in my book!

I love this serum, no nicks, no cursing and best of all....no blood . My partner says it leaves my skin much softer as well, I have told her to get her own, as hers leaves me with a rash...ha haSmall bottle makes it so easy to carry in wash bag, its great, many thanks.

I have tried many non-soap shaving compounds. Of all the ones I have tried I like King of Shaves Shave Serum the best. It goes on easily and provides a smooth base for shaving
