Does all loreal products have spf 15?

Not all L'Oreal products contain SPF15 however the vast majority of the day creams have SPF 10-20. Hope this helps

Does this cream lighten/whiten cream?

It is a really good moisturiser, it doesn’t whiten your skin. when it goes on it makes your skin look brighter it works after first application and reduces lines and wrinkles. it gives your skin a healthier glow!

What does packaging may vary mean? Doesn't it come in normal loreal box?

Yes, it does come in a normal L'Oreal Paris Box. The reason for the "packaging may vary" is simply because L'Oreal regularly change and update it's packaging so inevitably during the changeover period there is the chance that new packaging may be used before the image has been updated or old packaging may still be in play after an image has been changed. It's only a timing thing really, the product itself is the correct one.

Item was as expected. Comes with paper seal on the back. Nice thick and smooth cream. I'm not sure what it smells of... I recognise the smell but cannot place it. It is a nice smell. Absorbed well into the skin. It feels soft and luxurious. No irritation. I can't say if it will improve my face and slow down aging, but it definitely feels moisturising!
