If you’re looking for a treat for the senses, come no further! The taste, the smell, the feel on your tongue - it’s as if Scottish fairies were dancing around pouring the highest quality gold in your mouth. It comes perfectly sealed, packed tightly into such a lovely jar. Gritty yet smooth, the pop when you open it sounds like music. The best £25 I’ve ever spent.I use it for brewing mead and I try to use Scottish ingredients. The apiary that this honey comes from is in Dunfermline. Yet the honey itself truly captures the flavour of the highland. 11/10, I’d sell my first born for more of this high quality jarred gold as if it were a pact with the devil.

Its delicious, but a little grainy...
It tastes just like Scottish Heather honey I buy from Scotland, so I know its real. My only issue with it is the crystallisation and the fact that it leaves grains in my tea. Its a bit strange when you're having a sip and you suddenly have bits on your tongue. Its a great honey, but just a texture thing for me.
