Pancakes are super easy to make, fullfilling, tastes delicious and not very sweet. Perfect for vegan breakfast. Little dry in texture but you can use honey or maple syrup to balance it.

Tasty AF!
I love blueberry to begin with, and its pancakes are one of my favorite. However, the presence of Maida and other high calorie ingredients used to put me off. Thanks to Mille I can now have tasty Blueberry Pancakes that has no Madia, No Eggs, No Refined Sugar and has low carbs and GI. Compared to the usual pancakes, this fills you up for longer while being light on the stomach.

This is one of the best pancake mixes I’ve tried - and I’ve tried quite a few. I love that it is quite healthy and easy on the stomach. I make mine with date-sweetened dark chocolate chips. The mix is a tad pricey (about $1 an ounce) but I’m sure millet + the protein powders increase the price. Definitely worth it, though. I wish they offered larger bag options.
