Absolutely delicious! And as an allergy family we are so grateful to find an organic company that produces sprouted nut options that have limited to exposure to other nuts (peanuts) in the manufacturing process. We will continue to purchase from this company! Texture and taste was fantastic.

These are phenomenal! I'd ordered the pecans and was impressed at the quality, freshness, and taste -- so I went back and ordered the almonds - same amazing attributes! I will say that I've had larger pecans and almonds; however, often that is because those growers use copious amounts of pesticides, herbicides, or are GMOs so their product will be super size - what I like about these is that there are no sprayed chemicals and albeit a bit smaller (as is the case with organic fruit/veg), the quality and taste are far superior. I have found a piece of a hull here and there, but it states it explicitly on the bag that those could be in there -- and I eat them mindfully one at a time - not a big handful - so it hasn't been a problems because they are easily identifiable. Thank you once again Pecan Shop - you don't disappoint!

I’m on my second 2 pound bag. These are fantastic so far and I highly recommend.

I have purchased and made my own sprouted almonds many many times. I decided to try this brand and I am quite disappointed. The almonds are not sprouted and dehydrated. They are simply regular steam pasteurized almonds with a light dusting of salt. Maybe 15 percent of the almonds I sampled from the bag may have been soaked minimally and then dried but not one has the signature crispy texture and hollow core of a true sprouted and dehydrated almond. They truly taste like regular "raw California" almonds- that is, they are steam pasteurized and then salted.

Best almonds hands down! They are pretty pricey but I've tried many almonds out there and these are the healthiest and best tasting I've found. I don't like to compromise on anything I put into my body so if your looking to put healthy food to nourish your body not destroy it, then these almonds are the way to go.

I can only eat sprouted nuts. These sprouted almonds are very fresh and tasty. I just reordered.

Liked that it is raw organic sprouted (easier to digest) and they add a touch of mineral salt. Not too salty which I like. Fresh tasting

These sprouted almonds are so fresh, crispy and delicious. We snack on them just as they are. I also use them to make the best almond butter and toss them into various dishes. So happy that the Pecan Shop uses Redmond Sea Salt in their nut sprouting process. We are pleased to support this Sustainable Permaculture Family Farm in Texas.
