maxxipaws maxxiomega Omega 3 6 & 9 Fish Oil for Dogs - Skin & Coat 250ml

We used it on our last dog who was 100% mobile at 14yrs old till the last few days before she died from long term cancer. Use it now for new young dog who has pre-existing joint problems and it seems to be helping her. Like for our last dog, we use it in conjunction with glucosamine and chondroitin too which all in all does the job. Worth every penny. Over about a year our old dog had developed fur thinning and scabbing around her collar area prior to going on the oil. I'd tried taking the collar off in the house but it didn't help. I'd resigned myself to the problem being permanent. Shortly after going on maxxidog the scabs completely cleared up - permanently - and fresh, thick, healthy fur grew back - also permanently - for the last 3 or 4 years of the dog's life. I'd only got it for the oils to help keep her fully mobile - which it did - so the fur re-growth was an absolute bonus. We use the same combination now for our 7 month old rescue dog and her fur has gone amazingly glossy - she's always getting compliments on how soft she is and she's 13 months now. I'll keep her on it for life as she's had shoulder surgery and is likely to suffer from long term joint issues - so hoping it'll help her future mobility. The specialist surgeon was impressed with her and the combination of products and he said the oils are the most important part of joint mobility supplements so was pleased we weren't just using dry joint tablets. Both dogs loved the taste too - I just squirt it on their food in the morning and it all goes in seconds!

My Jack Russell Terrier, Jelly, has terrible claws. They are very brittle and break frequently. After a nail bed biopsy, Jelly was diagnosed with Symmetrical Lupoid Onychodystrophy (SLO). It was suggested that she could have cortisone injections in her leg, however, that could obviously cause health problems later on. After extensive research, I decided (with the vet's agreement) to try her on a high dose of omega oils. I chose MaxxiOmega as the best option. I can safely say that since Jelly's surgery in August (2015), she has had no nail breakages and indeed some healthy nail growth! This is virtually unheard of. This time last year we were tackling a deep nail bed infection which required a month of antibiotics and caused Jelly a lot of pain. Coincidence? I hope not! As an aside, further benefits include a reduction in shedding and a shiny, soft coat. UPDATE... 3x bottles and nearly 2 years later STILL no claw issues. We have gone from claws breaking every month to nothing. Jelly's claws are still oddly shaped and on some toes they have never grown back but most importantly, she is not in pain. If you have a dog with SLO, I really recommend MaxxiOmega.

My 9 year old black labrador uses this product to keep his skin healthy and his coat shiny and glossy. Before I gave him MaxxiOmega he had alot of dry flaky skin and his coat looked dull. However since he has been having MaxxiOmega his skin is lovely and smooth and his coat thick and glossy. Various people have commented how beautiful his coat looks. The pump dispenser makes it easy to add to his meals and the product really is good value for money. You have to try this product to see the amazing results for yourself, I can't recommend it highly enough. The only downside is I wish they did a human version because his hair is definately in better condition than mine! A wonderful product that delivers every time.

So far so good, my first boy thinks this is a delicious treat. We are only two days in so will have to review this review a bit later for the results on his skin. He has some itching allergy he keeps licking his paws et cetera and hoping this will help that and improve his immune system. We will see.

My dog was constantly scratching and had very dry skin. The vet had previously given him steroid injections for this but said he couldn't have them continuously and recommended having tests which would cost £500 to find out what he was allergic to. Even if they found out they weren't sure how to treat it and would be on medication permanently. So I was looking for an alternative to this and when I "googled it", your product came up, so I thought I'd try it. Well the results are brilliant. He doesn't scratch (anymore than a normal dog would do) and doesn't have dry flaky skin anymore! So pleased with this. I started off on 2 pumps in breakfast and 2 in dinner (as recommended for my dogs size on the bottle) but i thought I'd reduce it a bit and see what happened. So, now I use 2 pumps in breakfast only with the same result. So if you buy this, just try it on a reduced dose first to see how it goes then increase if needed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone. It's also really good for them too!

I brought MaxxiOmega fatty acid formula for my two rescued Westies. One has severe Arthritis in his hips and has a bad back. The fatty acid Omega oil supplements the Maxxiflex dog supplement tablets he gets (both dogs get both) and means i can just add a squirt of Omega oil to their food rather than trying to give them capsules of Omega oil. It's brilliant stuff and the Maxxiflex supplements and Omega oil are both working brilliantly together. My Westie with the severe Arthritis and bad back is now walking normally (and now only drags his right rear foot if he is very tired). He has more energy and now runs and doesn't limp. It takes a while but it's well worth it. Have already ordered another two bottles :) By the way, my other rescued Westie has both the Omega oil and Maxxiflex supplements too as a 'just in case' and he is really doing fine with both too. And both have a lovely shiny coat :)

This item was purchased for my 13 year old dog who had developed bald patches in her fur, notably on neck, tail and flank. The vet could find no underlying reason for the fur loss other than old age. I decided to try this product to thicken up and improve the quality of the remaining fur and hopefully "disguise" the bald patches. After a few weeks use I have found that there is a noticeable amount of fine hair growth coming through on the bare skin. Only time will tell whether the fur will grow back completely but I am remaining hopeful. This product would certainly seem worth trying if you have an animal with a similar problem - although of course every case is different and there may be other causes of the problem in different animals. The pump dispenser is easy to use to measure the required amount out on top of food, although when the bottle was full it did run over the top when I inserted the dispenser top into the bottle. The liquid is not particularly pleasant smelling, but the dog seems to enjoy it so that is all that matters.

maxxidog is a superior fish oil supplement. I use it daily for my chocolate Labrador and have seen wonderful results in a short time. My dog (Lucy) loves the supplement and it does not make her smell like fish, it's easy to dispense as it comes in a bottle with a squirt pump. One squirt daily mixed with her food keeps my dog's coat looking beautiful and feeling smooth and soft. I recommend maxxidog as a supplement for dogs that want smooth skin and a lustrous coat. Even Lucy's groomer was impressed by her coat and skin so I recommended maxxidog to her!

Ich habe 2 ältere Goldies die eine Zeit lang sehr viele Haare gelassen haben. Mit dem Omega Öl als Zusatz zum normalen Futter hat sich dieser Zustand nach einigen Wochen gebessert. Ich gebe es jetzt so 2x wöchentlich noch dazu und es tut ihnen gut. Mit der Dosierpumpe gibt es auch kein Kleckern. Allerdings kommt mir die Menge an Öl bei der Dosierungsanleitung nach Gewicht des Hundes schon viel vor. Ich habe immer die Mindestmenge genommen und das über 2 Monate hinweg.

El olor del champú es delicioso El olor del aceite maxxidog – maxxiomega es parecido al pescado, no es molesto, se debe utilizar de forma constante al menos durante 15 días y después bañar al perrito con su champú especial para pieles sensibles, recomiendo el que he usado yo de Avena y Aloe de la marca Duke and Daisy. En primer lugar bañé a mi perrito con ese champú y después durante 15 días he aplicado una vez al día el aceite. Transcurridos los 15 días lo he vuelto a bañar con el champú de Avena y Aloe de la marca Duke and Daisy y ya no le he vuelto a aplicar el aceite de forma constante, solo se lo aplico una vez cada dos semanas. El problema de su piel ha desaparecido por completo, ya no tiene granitos, no tiene caspa, no se rasca intensamente lo cual le causaba heridas. Estoy muy contento y mi perrito también. Había probado otros remedios del propio veterinario, le volvía a salir el problema al poco tiempo por lo tanto era dinero gastado para nada.

Lo uso da quando il nutrizionista del mio cane me lo ha consigliato.....lo aggiungo sempre alle pappe.....il pelo è bello morbido e lucido e vedo che quando non glie lo do ...il pelo si indurisce e perde la sua lucidità.... lo consiglio vivamente..
