Yes, the peeling doesn’t hurt. You can still do your everyday life while it’s peeling. Wearing socks and shoes actually helped mine peel faster.

For how long do I have to have these socks on??

I wear them for 60-90 minutes. Plus I wear a pair of cotton socks over the plastic to make sure that the plastic ones stay on the feet.

It does contain methylparabens. It's one of the last three ingredients.
