Does tgis product cone with keys

Yes it does. In fact it doesn't close without a key unlike its predecessor which had a latch closure as well as a key. Because of this I have gone back to using the old one as it much more convenient.

When the cash tray is removed is the box completely open and empty or are their other sections? I need to safely store a pharmacy tray on holiday.

8 small, but we find it ok. as put notes in base and usually have Â£30.00 of coins i.e. 50p Â£1, and Â£2. Hope that helps
