Great for health and energy
I’ve been taking these for a while now and really notice a difference in my energy levels and nail health. It seems a good balance of vitamins with the added omega 3 capsule. I don’t have any problem taking them and easy swallowed with a glass of water. I don’t want to jinx myself but I’m also a lot healthier since taking these and not picking up every bug that’s doing the rounds!

Fluorescent yellow pee
Too much vitamin B, resulting in fluorescent yellow pee. Not sure this is a good thing, so will try an alternative supplement.
