Amazing stuff and genuinely surprised.Our puppy was having a tough time training and was frequently urinating on the carpet (they will do anything to avoid a puppy pad!)I used our vax carpet cleaner for bloody hours. No joy, the room still had the familiar hum of old urine as soon as you walked in.I didn't really know what else to try to actually remove it after multiple attempts to no avail.I saw this and thought, probably won't work but curious about the enzymes. I was sceptical and didn't really think this would do anything different.It did!One application (albeit I dumped the whole bottle on) worked! No more smell of urine! The room still, weeks after application, smells amazing, really fresh and clean.I really rate this and highly recommend it to anyone who's had a similar issue. It genuinely works just be liberal as he'll with the application!

Absolutely amazing. I have 2 cats who are smi indoors and outdoors. Accidents do happen when they are in at night. This odour remover eliminates the smell of cat pee immediately. It is incredible. I cannot recommend it enough

Nice, big bottle. I saw from the reviews people either loved or hated the smell. I loved it. I have a dog who occasionally wees, during the night. I haven't had chance to use it to clean up urine, but I did a few sprays on the dog bedding, rugs to see how it smelled and it's sweet and quite strong so I imagine if an area already smells of urine, it may turn into a sickly smell.To be fair, nothing will get rid of heavily soiled urine. I recently had to throw away a rug, because even after hiring a professional carpet cleaner and I cleaned it three times. It actually smelled worse. Urine gets deep down in the fabric. So don't expect a miracle.I imagine with a freshly spoiled area , this will be fantastic.

This product actually eleminated the odour completely and not just for a few hours or a day or two. I used this as my puppy pads were not doing what they should and the puppy pee was seeping through right into my carpet and it was a while before I realised and the odour had built up. I tried every antibacterial disinfectant going and they would just mask the odour for a few hours. This product was my last resort and hands down it's absolutely brilliant. As the puppy pee was deep into the carpet pile it instructed to make a few applications (which I did) and its 100% done its job and I couldn't be more pleased as each time I enter my bedroom now its smells absolutely lovely with a delicate pleasant fragrance of fig. I would definitely recommend this product but would point out that the liquid is slightly coloured so I was alarmed when I sprayed it on my white/cream rug. But just going over the the coloured patches gently with a damp clean cloth worked brilliantly and removed the colour instantly!!!! Thank you so much.

One of my dogs started to spray on occasions and only realised he'd been spraying my favourite rug when it was too late. I tried various products, but nothing would get rid of the smell; even after a deep wash and steam clean. I decided to give this product a go after reading about the benefits of enzymes. Surprisingly my rug is now odour free. The smell of the product is quite intense, and not overly pleasant, but that doesn't last.... unlike the smell of urine. I'd definitely recommend.
