I've tried a bunch of brands of truffle salt. This isn't as heavy on some of the funky truffle flavors as other brands, focusing more on the mellow aspect of the truffle flavor, leaning towards garlic. It works really well as a table salt to enhance the flavor of things without overpowering them. If you want a really overt strong funky truffle taste buy Sabatino Tartuffi, I keep both brands stocked in my kitchen. Grain size is an ideal texture. Solid value for the money, on par with other brands, definitely not exorbitant.

All I can say is Yum. Also, a little bit goes long way, so it will last a while. Worth every penny. Love it on popcorn, vegetables and seafood. Very versatile . Give it a try you won’t regret it.

I got this salt wanting a combination of salt and truffle flavor. It is a great addition as truffle itself is expensive and hard to come by. It is great to be able to sprinkle it on top of my pasta or my eggs. It tastes great and has a strong truffle scent. It is a decent size and I mainly use it as a treat for salting and savoriness. It comes in a bottle with two openings. One is for a light sprinkle and the other is for dunking it. I accidentally opened the dunking side a few times so that was an unfortunate accident. As long as you carefully open the correct side it should be great.

Excellent taste with a strong aroma that lingers. Makes chips, fries, and popcorn instantly better!

Good salt. I don't know that it is that coarse, but I use it all the time in place of regular salt for eggs, meats, etc. The truffle flavor is not too extreme, but it smells nice.

Amazing aroma and flavor! I hide this way in the back of cubbard so no one will use it! Great on popcorn with the truff oil!

So, I was interested in trying this type of salt after watching a video on YouTube about a meat sauce made with butter and cream cheese, using truffle salt. Surprisingly, it smelled like garlic. Since I haven’t actually tried real truffles, I’m not sure if they tend to smell like garlic. The bottle doesn’t list garlic as an ingredient, but it definitely smells like it. It’s not a problem for me since I love garlic, but I would be interested in hearing from other users if this is expected or not. Thank you very much!

Not the first time I have brought this from Amazon and will not be the last. The addition in meal prep makes the food zing.

No lo recomiendo. Es un producto caro y la verdad aunque huele a trufa no aporta ningún sabor trufado a los platillos. Lo he tratado en diferentes combinaciones sin ningún resultado favorable. He buscado recetas o tips de grandes chefs para su uso y ninguno me ha funcionado a mi. Por el precio es mejor buscar una alternativa más eficaz - he usado aceite de trufa con resultados excelentes. En mi opinion esta fue una decepcionante experiencia.

It’s a good product but my god I have been trying to order this for the last two months and it keeps getting delayed. It’s happened so many times. Honestly feels like a waste of time. I’m trying again for a 3rd month of waiting.
