First time buying a impact gun and this is the worst it didn’t even take out one lug nut and keeps on turning off due to overheating (battery is full)

This impact wrench came in a broken box that suspiciously was sealed. Upon inspection of the items, i realized it was used and resealed because all the hardware had dings, scatches and rust. The other terrible thing about these impact wrenches that saturate amazon is the anvil that requires the use of a pin and an O-ring to secure the sockets. This is the worst idea I've come across so far. It's not safe, secure or practical. How much does it cost to manufacture these tools with a pin detent anvil?
