This is not fine furniture, not real wood of course at this price point, but still attractive and very sturdy. The padded seat is not very soft, but given how short a time one will sit on it, it is perfectly fine. I bought 2 of them, a white one for the bathroom and a brown one to match the bedroom furniture. Easy to put together once I figured out a few things that are not listed in the instructions, which are only pictures (no words). THESE TIPS WILL ALLOW YOU TO ASSEMBLE YOUR UNIT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES: 1. Don't fully tighten ANY of the screws until they are all in place. Put the seat on the floor upside down. 2. LEGS - the two leg holes that do NOT have countersunk holes go at the top on the inside of the upside down seat. The rounded side of the legs and the countersunk holes face outside (I did it wrong the first time, which is why I'm sharing these tips with everyone). Put the short bolts into the leg holes from the outside. Attach the nuts onto the ends of the bolts. Place wrench on nut to hold it still and gently tighten with the allen wrench from the outside. 3. SHELVES - pick up one shelf and hold it upside down. One end of the cam has a screwdriver slot. This faces the ceiling during assembly. Put the cam into the Shelf's hole - the screwdriver slot should be perpindicular to the leg. Slide the screw into the Leg's hole; it should mate easily with the screw hole in the cam. Use the allen wrench to screw it ALMOST fully into the cam. Repeat this process with the second shelf. A couple of the screws wouldn't immediately start with my fingers, but were fine with the allen wrench. 4. Now, fully tighten all of the screws. DONE! These are nice little stool/shoe holders. Now I'm not tripping over the shoes I wear most often. They're great!

I used this for a couple of weeks before reviewing, and it’s been a great addition to my entryway. The bench feels solid and stable, the cushioned top is comfortable for sitting while putting shoes on, and the shelves underneath hold multiple pairs neatly without feeling cramped. It looks clean and put together, fits well in a small space, and helps keep shoes off the floor and organized. The materials feel durable, and it’s held up well with daily use. Practical, attractive, and worth it if you want function without clutter.

We try not to wear shoes in the house, and needed a small bench with shoe storage to place by the front door. This will hold 6 pairs easily. I like the grey-and-black contrast. I have had to tighten the bolts a few times, as it starts to feel loose when sitting on it periodically. It was easy to put together, and all the parts and hardware were present upon opening. The fabric on the seat has had a constant crease since unpacking, but that isn't an issue for me. Overall, I feel like the quality is pretty good and worth the price. Great size for the space.

This unit is very sturdy, overall well made, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to sit on if need be. All the parts and tools necessary to assemble are included however, the instructions leave a bit to be desired. There are only pictures so you are pretty much on your own on putting it together although it is relatively easy to figure out. I did put the uprights in wrong though to begin with and had to redo them as soon as I realized the bigger holes need to be on the outside. My one complaint is that there are no white cap covers for the screws so you don’t see the holes and screws on the uprights (this is the reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5). The unit also could use felt pads for the feet so it doesn’t scratch the floor but doesn’t come with them so I purchased that separately. However, for the price, which is very reasonable, this is a good buy and I would recommend it.

Great little bench! Perfect for our foyer! Super easy to assemble the cushion is already attached to the seat and is super comfy while putting your shoes on and off! It’s 36” long so it’s not too small for us! Plenty of room for shoes and other things like our dog leash lol! I highly recommend especially for the price!!

This bench was a pleasant surprise and fits perfectly in my small entry way. The assembly was quick and easy once I realized the trick of holding the screw still with the allen wrench and turning the washer with the other, the screw holes all lined up, with it feeling very sturdy once all the screws were tightened. The cushion actually feels nice when you sit on it and it looks great, especially for the price. Highly reccomend this one over any other cheaper shoe benches out there. Works best for womens tennis shoes (or kids shoes), any larger or taller and it will only hold alot but for my purposes it worked well enough. I bought a second cheaper shoe storage to hold the odd shoes but this is the one everyone sees when they enter my home and I really love it.

Easy to assemble, even for this Grandma. Very sturdy. Looks expensive, but very affordable. It was the perfect size for my entry.

We have a very small laundry area that you walk into from the garage. We had a white plastic shoe rack which was fine, but getting old, and a small stepstool that we would sit on to do up our shoes. Quite low. Tired of getting up and down from that, and in need of a tidier space, I was looking at a 31" wide option for this bench, but would have been too big. This one is 28" and just right. I believe there were 2 or 3 different size options. Perfect for us to sit on and do up our shoes. VERY sturdy. Comfortable to sit on. I'm tiny, hubby is 180lbs and no issues. VERY easy to put together. The price was right - I think at the time there was a coupon offer as well. $20 less than what I'd planned to spend on other vendor's options. The colour of brown base and grey cushion went great with our flooring. This was definitely the right size for this space. LOVE it - has made neatness out of a haphazard mess of shoes and an old stool. This is the bench for us. Highly recommend. (p.s. measure your space first - that's a must)
