We really love this pan. We recently got an induction cooktop and this pan has been really great. Besides conducting heat very well, the non-stick surface really does not stick. I was worried since I've only used teflon coated pans, ceramic, or stainless steel. Ceramic and stainless steel I find stick a lot, but this pan sticks as little as teflon but without the chemicals. It does get hot really quickly on an induction cooktop, so be ready for that. The pan is also super light, the material is much ligher than metal so it makes cleaning and storing that much easier.

Bought a second one cause they’re so great. This brand has never failed me, they make great products both in the long and short term, for extremely fair prices. You never get this quality for these prices anymore. Great nonstick pan, haven’t had any scratches or staining (unlike some of my other pans). Very sturdy, cleans well in the dishwasher. Always my go to pan!

Okay, I had to return the first one because the handle was defective and could not be attached to the skillet itself. But the replacement arrived quickly and everything fit together perfectly. What an amazing little skillet! 8" is perfect for my daily eggs and other quick meals for two. The best thing is that absolutely nothing (nothing!!) has stuck. Eggs slide around. Even scrambled eggs. Flipping over-easy eggs or omelets is easy. It cooks evenly, the handle feels great, and it is inexpensive. What more could you ask for? I really love this skillet!

I absolutely love this CAROTE frying pan! It has become one of my favorite kitchen pans, and I love it so much that I now own three of the same one. The quality is excellent, the nonstick surface works beautifully, and the pan feels durable and well made. The size and fit are perfect for making flat dishes like pancakes, crepes, tortillas, flat pasta preparations, and foods that need an even shape and surface while cooking. Heat distribution feels very even, and I have not experienced warping issues. The color and overall appearance are also beautiful and make the kitchen look more elegant. It’s lightweight, practical, and very easy to clean. This model does not include a lid, but honestly the performance of the pan itself is so good that it doesn’t bother me. CAROTE truly has a special place in my heart! At this point, CAROTE has honestly become my favorite cookware brand. I already own three of these pans and keep recommending them because the quality, design, and performance are consistently excellent. I’m currently waiting for a good opportunity to finally buy the beautiful reddish-brown CAROTE cookware set, the color is absolutely stunning and perfectly matches my favorite kitchen aesthetic. Hopefully one day I’ll add that dream set to my collection because CAROTE truly has a special place in my heart!

Good product, a fairly heavy pan but certainly doable for cooking, easy clean and really nonstick if you keep you pan in the 7 heat category, it cooks like a high temp on 7 or 3/4 of the way to your top temperature. Very deep sides which gives you more cooking area . You will like it !!!!

If I could give this pan a 10 star, I would! This is the best pan I have had in a long time. Perfect size, scratch resistant and nothing sticks! The handle needs to be put on when you get it but they send a screw driver in the box. Great value for the money. I dont know how it does it. Highly recommended.

I was at a friend's house and his wife was cooking in one of these skillets, I was amazed at how the food just slid around in the skillet. Very high quality, easy clean up and very reasonable cost

This is a great pan. At 8" it is the perfect size to fry two eggs side by side. The pan is according to the brief manual, made of aluminum so one has to watch the stove temperature, because it heats up incredibly fast. What exactly is the material that covers Is remains a mystery, most likely some kind of ceramic. Whatever, it makes for an extremely slick surface, nothing sticks to this pan. I really like, well made; and the wooden handle is perfect. A super nice frying pan.

Best frying pan I have ever purchased. My first one lasted for 7 years before the inside started to stick. Any other pan that I have used in the past only lasted a maximum of 3 years.
