I started this supplement on the recommendation of my GP, but decided on the liquid form rather than those giant horse pills I've taken in the past. Anyway, the taste is decent with no fish-flavored burps, and it's probably helping with my cholesterol etc etc. But what I was REALLY impressed with was the improvement of my ADHD symptoms! I see parents here writing reviews about it helping their kids, but I'm in my 30s and it's helped regulate my emotions as well as reduce brain fog! I just feel better in general when I take this regularly! So...expensive? Yes, but worth it? Also yes!

I've switched from fish oil capsules to this liquid, and I won't be going back to capsules! The Peach Mango flavor is surprisingly good with only a slight fish taste at the very end. Best of all, no more swallowing large pills or dealing with fishy burps afterward. I also love that it's gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. It's an easy way to get my daily Omega-3s, EPA, DHA, and vitamin D. You can take it by the tablespoon or mix it into a smoothie, yogurt, or your favorite drink. Highly recommend if you're looking for an easier alternative to fish oil capsules!

This one is manageable + the health benefits, and this why I take it. No oder, taste is much better then others I've tried that have said "no fishy taste." With this one, the mango is more noticeable but still a little fish flavor there. Reasonably priced and easy enough to take. You do need a spoon. All in all I would recommend.

This is a great way to get my daily dosage of fish oil! Much easier to swallow than the very large gel pills I’ve been struggling to get down my throat each morning! And it’s really very tasty, no fishy taste/aftertaste. I highly recommend!

I use to hold my nose when taking fish oil. This one I actually enjoy taking.

I purchased 2 bottles at 107 Dhs each, and the next day, seller raised the price to 140 Dhs. I have seen this happening on AMAZON quite a lot. Next time I will buy from Life Pharmacy as they are running an offer or get it directly from Amazon.com. Having said that, the product is excellent for children, tastes just like a Mango. I got it for my daughters who would not have Fish Oil otherwise. But in any case, it is not worth 140 Dhs for a bottle. I will not pay a dime more than 107.
