Dansko Men's Kane Slip On Mule

I was in real need of a new pair of clogs. I tried a bunch of different ones including Birkenstocks (hot spots on feet), Calzuros (heel too high and hurting my back), my old Olukai mules (all worn out), some random foam shoes from Walmart like Crocs (hurt my feet all over). I had a pair of these a long time ago, the old wooden clogs, and found them too tall, with too much heel, and too hard. But after reading reviews that seemed to indicate these are different, I tried a pair. I stand a day long all days during the week, and on weekends I am on my feet with my three boys. I wear these clogs at work 3-4 days and find them to be relatively neutral in terms of favoring heel vs toe, and the material is a softer foam kind of like Crocs but not quite the same. Overall I like them a lot. I've finally settled on them as my new go-to shoe at work. It has been a couple of months of use now so a reasonable test. Plus they look ok too! My feet don't get too hot and they seem to fit about the right size (I am good with a 42).

Got these for my dad and he loves them. They’re super lightweight, easy to slip on, and provide great cushioning and arch support. The removable EVA footbed is a nice touch, especially if you need to use custom orthotics. Perfect for casual wear or around the house—comfortable all day!

I work in a cardiac electrophysiology lab where is it common to stand for hours wearing a lead vest and sterile gown/gloves/hat, etc… Every pair of shoes I’ve owned in the last 8 years couldn’t hold up to the job. My feet were killing me. I bought these a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier. They’re VERY comfortable, even for hours of standing. The open heel takes getting used to, but that’s ok. What’s even better is now when fluids get spilled, these are impervious to them. No more losing shoes when things get bloody like in the past. Also, I don’t see any areas to be concerned with wear and tear- they’re very durable. Great shoes! Updated: About to order a second pair. Nothing wrong with these, just need newer- I like to replace about every six months. Happy enough still with these, so I’ll be buying the same again.

I am a men’s 9 1/2 so I bought a 9 1/2–10 which seem to be too big. I then return in exchange for the 8 1/2 -9 Which is a size 42 and that one worked better with a little bit of room to spare. I love the foot bed in the shoe it’s very cushioned And high shock absorption as I stand on my feet all day. My only complaint and not giving this five stars is that because they are vinyl as they start to break in I don’t know if it’s the tread or upper but they squeak when you walk. I Filth self-conscious walking across the room

These things are great! Super lightweight, semi dangerous when walking on slick/slippery surfaces, waterproof, good foot support, and fairly priced. I've worn mine nearly nonstop for over a year and they are still in great shape. Use the European sizing system and you can't go wrong.

A shoe made for kitchen workers shouldn't get like this... Just 8 hours of use, the sole is painted and is wearing off! Ridiculous and soooo pricey!!! Ever again.

I bought this clog for some lightweight functionality for the kitchen, but with ACTUAL support unlike CROCS or some other knockoffs. Unlike the cheaper options, these Dansko lightweight clogs actually come with decent shock-absorbing insoles which I think sets it apart from other "foam" type clogs. They are flexible where they are needed and have great vents for helping with heat and sweat. The construction is a fully molded shoe - no seams, stitches, or separate glued parts. The outsole has decent treads but is not too deep which means they're bound to wear out quickly. I have put them through light and heavy wear in the kitchen and so far they have been responsive and supportive without foot fatigue and ankle rolling. While light and comfortable, they are not THAT durable. The toebox where your toes bend tends to crease and develop tears with every deep flex you apply to it. I have to crouch down to grab things in the coolers, thus I flex my feet fully, and have just noticed that the crease is actually starting to crack open at the sides. Also, the paint job on the "midsole" is so thin, that after only a few uses, have started to peel off the rubber and fall off which makes it look rather wonky. I have bought Danskos throughout my career, and so far this is Goldilock's shoe - just right. It's light and responsive and supportive. My only complaints are the durability of the toebox area and the poor paint quality used on the "midsole". Other than that, there are rooms for improvement on this great pair of clogs

These are really comfortable right from the start. Easy to slip on, supportive for all-day wear, and feel sturdy enough to last. Perfect if you’re on your feet a lot and want shoes that actually feel good.

25 year veteran chef, and these are the best I have ever had. Comfort, fit, price, and the look. Just buy them, there isn’t a better option out there right now !

Very comfortable, however it lacks proper ventilation. Feet wind up being wet...
