I have been drinking herbal tea for many years now and mint is my favourite flavour, I have predominantly bought peppermint as this is the most common mint flavour that is available and as someone who has IBS this can help provide relief. However, spearmint has always been my favourite mint variety and takes me back to my childhood and a well know brand of gum which was spearmint flavour. It isn't as easy to find spearmint tea bags on the high street as it is usually mixed with the other mints. This 100 count of spearmint tea bags is housed in a great resealable pouch and opening the pouch it releases a glorious, spearmint fragrance. It gives off a strong, freshness minty smell that brings back so many memories, so nice! Adding hot water to the tea bag and giving it a good five minutes brewing time, I was ready to try. I boil my water at the suggested 80c and this means I can start drinking pretty soon afterwards. As the spearmint hits my taste buds I get a nice, subtle spearmint flavour. Very nice indeed. So here I have found an easy to use and store spearmint tea bag that is my favourite variety. It is another herbal tea that should aid with my digestion and gut. If you are looking for a quality tea for yourself or great value gift this could be ideal.

Im coming to 6 weeks of drinking 2 cups a day of the spearmint tea. Its been life changing in a small way for me, I started it to help with my hair growth as I have pmos (pcos) and usually have to wax my upper lip and chin atleast once a week. 6 weeks down and ive not had to wax for 4 weeks now just plucked the odd one, and any hair growth coming through is very light, slow growing and thin. Were as it was thick black hairs and a lot. Ive tried spearmint tea on off over the years and not stuck with it. I struggle with loose leaf tea its just not for me. I thought using tea bags would make it less healthy or useful for my symptoms. I was very wrong. Also the taste of this spearmint tea is so refreshing and pleasent. I have reordered a couple of boxes and will keep ordering this brand. I use 2 teabags to just under 1 litre of nearly boiled water, I make it in the evening then pop it in the fridge with the teabags still in over night and drink it over 2 glasses through the day. I have had to stay really consistent to get these results ive not missed drinking it 1 day and it was well worth it. I was hoping to see a difference in 4-6 months, its suprised me how a simple tea has made such a difference. Ive recommended it to all my pcos friends.

I really love this tea. I drink this almost every day and I just love the taste and health benefits you get from it. The packaging was strong durable and great, it was merely perfect. The variety of the tea you can get is also very appealing. And the healthy ingredients in the tea just make it better for your body. Yeah you get 100 tea bags, it will last you a long time and you won’t have to worry about buying it again too soon. I love the art on the packaging but it could 100 percent be improved by adding good health benefits to attract the eyes as health is everything now a days. For the money yeah it’s worth it. If you’re a spearmint tea fanatic then really recommend you buy. It’s worth the value.

This is really nice spearmint tea. Tastes better than another brand's (who also make teabags) which I also got on Amazon - more refreshing and less bitter.

Great tasting spearmint tea from the few I've tried. It's always nice to see brands that don't use glue and nasties. For anyone who struggles with the taste and wants the health benefits, I find some lemon really helps. Comes with a handy little bamboo tweezers, and a resealable pouch. I'm using for hormonal balance but have enjoyed replacing my evening caffeinated tea with this refreshing one. They're small tea bags but they still create a nice colour and taste to the tea! Good pack size to keep me going with a great shelf life too

I’ve enjoyed this tea overall but I probably won’t repurchase this brand. Many of the teabags were split or leaked leaves into the water during steeping. The flavour was also inconsistent with some bags being lovely and fresh, but others being really weak in flavour. I found this tea great for settling IBS symptoms and clearing my skin but overall I’ll try a different brand and hope for better quality.

This was so good! It's not easy finding 100% spearmint tea, so I'm so happy I found this. The bags are smaller than I'm used to so I thought it wouldn't have much flavor, but it so flavorful, even with a pretty big cup of water. I have this everyday, twice a day! Will definitely order more!
