How well does this hold up on extremely windy days? Any way to lock the seat to prevent it from banging around on extremely windy days?

You can't lock this seat in place. But you can use a short bungee cord to prevent it from moving very far.

Is the frame made of aluminum? the description says so. i am asking about this chair -- "indoor outdoor patio wicker hanging egg chair with stand"

The horizontal pieces that can be folded down are but there’s a thick coating on it. The rest is rope like material. It’s a great chair.

Do the cushions easily to fall or slide off?

Sitting cushions have non slip side and the side pillows have ties.

Love it!

I’ve wanted a chair like this for a very long time! I’m so happy with my chair!! I love the gentle swing & sway motion which is why I bought it, I can sit in it for hours! It only took 5-10 minutes to assemble & super easy. The fabric is waterproof but also very soft. Right after I got my chair I had a fresh sunburn & thankfully the fabric wasn’t rough like waterproof fabric often is. Very attractive colour. I really like how it’s collapsible to put away in the winter time. Highly recommend & thank you!!
