Using this product for approximately a year now I notice when I forget to re-order it because I do not sleep as well-I consider this product relatively effective with sleep initiation and maintaining a good nights sleep. The taste is tolerable, a little sweet. Overall a good product.

My recommendation : If you're new to melatonin, don't start with the full 20 mg dose. Since this product is easy to dose, I'd suggest beginning with a couple of drops (1–3 mg) about 30–60 minutes before bedtime and increasing only if needed.I like the ability to customize the dose is one of the advantages of this product, making it a better option than fixed-dose tablets. Actually works! I haven’t been sleeping well for the past couple of weeks, but after taking this melatonin, I got a great night’s sleep. I fell asleep easily, stayed asleep, and woke up feeling refreshed. Very pleased with this purchase.

The product is what it says it is and work like liquid melatonin should work.

Tastes good and the dosage needed is small. I think it's good value for the money compared to some others with big bottles and a cup. With this you put some drops under your tongue.

GREAT FOR LARGE PARROTS THAR SELF MUTILATE. I have a very high stress cockatoo. She likes to pluck all of her feathers and then self mutilate her skin to where she will bleed. I give her 3/4 of a dropper in the morning with peanut butter and three at night and I have been using it for a year. It was recommended by my vet. Amazing it actually works.
