AKORD 120 Coin Holder Collectors Album, Dark Blue

My grandfather collected old coins for many years, they were passed down to be in a brass tin which I kept in a cupboard for years. I thought I’d now invest the time to now sort them by continent, country, denomination and age, and this album has been perfect for the job. Unlike other coin albums I viewed, the pockets in this one are all the same large size so you can organise logically and properly. The pockets even, just(!), fit the 1797 cartwheel penny which are enormous, and various local and national medals my grandfather had collected. The pockets are thick and durable, and the outside cover is padded and looks very smart and expensive. I now own two of them, one green and containing non-UK coins and one blue containing UK coins. Id highly recommend these albums to anyone who has an unsorted pile of coins. I can’t wait to show my children when they are older and hope they are delighted at the history they contain.

Small but good

I bought this for my son who has recently started collecting 50p coins, and honestly, it’s exactly what we needed. The red cover looks smart and feels much more durable than I expected for the price. The slots are a great size, they fit 50p pieces and £2 coins perfectly without them sliding out, which was my main worry. It’s compact enough to fit on a bookshelf but holds 120 coins, so it’ll take us a while to fill it up! One little tip: if you’re putting coins in for the first time, the plastic is a bit stiff, but it loosens up once the coins are settled. Overall, a great, affordable way to keep a collection organized and protected. Definitely better than keeping them in a jar!

The coin book was great when we first got it small compact and stores all your coins exactly how you would like it to. I bought it for our son who has just started the hobby of coin collecting especially the 50ps. However after plenty of use and maybe the weight of the coins in the book we have found the outer cover has started to rip away from the coin book which is disappointing. However even with this mishap the book still serves its purpose and protects the coins well. The little pockets inside are easy to fit and remove coins from great little starter book however for the more advanced collector i would probably be looking for something more durable

Excellent product for those who want a mini coin album that serves its purpose. There are 120 slots to keep coins ranging from the size of a Canadian loonie to a dime. Overall, does not take up too much space and great for coin collecting.
