I bought this knee pillow after months of waking up with lower back and hip pain, and I honestly wish I had tried one sooner. I’m a side sleeper, and I never realized how much my alignment was affecting my sleep until I started using this. The pillow fits comfortably between my knees and stays in place throughout the night instead of sliding out or flattening. It’s firm enough to provide real support but still soft and comfortable, so it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping with a block between my legs. After just a few nights, I noticed less stiffness in the morning, and now it’s something I genuinely can’t sleep without. It’s simple, well-made, and actually delivers on what it promises.

Best $10 I ever spent. I have a bad back and a lot of sciatica. I’m a side sleeper. I’ve always heard if you are s side sleeper you should sleep with a pillow between your legs. They always end up on the floor. I saw an ad for a pillow with a strap, that looks like this one for $39. Said it will never go flat. I looked on Amazon to see if something cheaper to try it. So far this has not gone flat. First night felt a little odd . By second night it felt so good., it stays right in place it seems to really be helping. Also my left leg is not as numb when I wake up. It’s just the right shape. My pain is greatly diminished. I have severe pain in my left leg, from my back. This is a dream. Don’t hesitate.

I bought this item as I've been having back issues in the morning. I'm a side-sleeper and have been seeing articles about how side-sleepers are hurting their back while they sleep. So I investigated the issue and thought I would try this pillow. I have to say, it does work for my back, I no longer wake up with an achy back. However, while the foam is firm, the contoured shape takes getting use to. It's larger than I expected, however, it's light weight. I have tried it with and without using the strap and I find that using the strap does keep it somewhat in place. It's doing it's job for my back, but a small bit uncomfortable for my knees. I think in time when the foam molds to my body a little, it will become more comfortable. I will continue to use this pillow as it does help.

10/10 the best thing I could’ve done for my hips! I cosleep following the Safe Sleep 7, and sleeping in a c-curl all night was really starting to wear on my hips. I would wake up aching in pain. Two nights of sleep with this and I feel like a whole new person in the mornings. I was using a regular pillow and it was so hard to flip from side to side and it took up so much space. This pillow is the perfect size! It fits comfortably between my thighs or lower between my knees. I’m able to flip side to side without having to move or adjust it thanks to the strap. I love that the strap isn’t velcro so I don’t have to worry about it scratching up my bedding. It’s so soft and comfortable even against bare skin. It inflated very quickly. It did have a slight smell to it but it’s already fading. It smelled no different than any of the other pillows from this material I’ve gotten from big box stores. I seriously wish I would’ve found this sooner. It’s worth every single penny!

If I could give it 10 stars believe me I would! Super comfy and helpful for those of us with lower back pain! It’s firm enough with memory foam i believe and the cover is removable which helps with cleaning. The strap is super light and soft you won’t even feel it’s there. It’s got a breathable fabric that won’t let you get heated up. My back is super thankful and you can’t beat the price! Get this if you’re in pain!

The pillow is comfortable and having the strap is a necessity in my opinion to keep it in place during the night. However, with its heart shape and having a hole in the middle leads to the foam material tearing over time with regular removal of the cover for washing. Looking for a studier design with a strap.

I have Sciatic pain and thought this pillow might help. It's great and I can finally sleep! I've already recommended this pillow to my family.

This pillow is exactly what I was looking for. I’m also very pleased with the quality, and comfort of this leg/knee pillow.

The pillow did not come with the strap as shown in the image and advertised....I am dissatisfied

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojín entre las piernas y así no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojín es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
