I’ve heard HOCl shouldn’t be stored in clear bottles. Is that true?

No. This is a common HOCl myth. Clear bottles do not automatically make HOCl unstable. Stability depends on formulation, tested packaging, and storage away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Does it leave a residue on surfaces?

The formula dries without leaving residue on hard, non-porous surfaces, making it practical for daily use on glass, toys, highchairs, phones, tablets, and other frequently touched areas at home.

How long does it take to disinfect surfaces?

Spray hard, non-porous surfaces until thoroughly wet. Allow 1 minute before air drying or wiping for general disinfection, while SARS-CoV-2 requires a full 2-minute contact time when used as directed.

Is this suitable for food-contact surfaces?

BRIOTECH Sanitizer Disinfectant is a ready-to-use, no-rinse formula designed for food-contact surfaces in kitchens, restaurants, and food processing facilities when applied as directed each day.

Is it suitable for homes with children and pets?

BRIOTECH Sanitizer Disinfectant contains no added fragrance or overwhelming fumes and is intended for playrooms, nurseries, pet toys, pet bowls, feeding dishes, and frequently touched hard surfaces.
