Working great so far
We got these to replace our older style ones which were leaking. They had the metal plunger (rather than plastic) and were about 11 years old. This was a direct replacement and we did not even have to change out the mounting plate. Working great so far!

This thing leaked in a short amount of time
Had this on the wall about 3 months and it started leaking down our wall. Also starting to rust. Poor quality! Bobrick tells me it’s most likely the soap I’m using, corroding the stainless steel. Therefore, they won’t honor the warranty. No where on the Amazon listing did it say I’d have to use a particular soap, nor were there warnings in the box it came in. So, let me get this straight... They sold me a soap dispenser that can’t hold up to SOAP any longer than 3 months and they won’t replace it?! BTW, I don’t believe their nonsense about the soap corroding the stainless steel. I think that whatever cheap material the thing is welded with is the culprit. Don’t buy this garbage from this terrible company!

Best of the last generation
The dispenser is just as expected, needed to match the other three in the building. If it is the style you are looking for its perfect and well designed / functionality but it ain't 1999 anymore and there are better products on the market today

This is sooooo much better than the prior soap dispenser we had with the "O" rings~~They do not clog or ooze! Love them!

Got rusty inside
It got rusty inside turning white soap into orange. Appears to be a poor imitation of real Bobrick Products. Both bought had same problem. Older Bobrick soap dispensers in much better conditions.
