Brilliant for making jams and jellies, and anything needing a substitute for standard sugar. In fact, it makes a better tasting jelly than sucrose-based sugars and sets very easily. Don't need to use thermometers or anything.

Excellent way to buy this as I get through quite a lot and the small containers work out very expensive in comparison. It is the only sweetener that I have tried that does not taint the taste of tea, it is also excellent on porridge.

I’ve lost count of how many of these large containers we’ve bought over the years. We used to get the small ones but we now refill them. We’ve completely replaced refined sugar in our coffee with this. Great product!

If you're looking at this item then Im assuming you've used SF before so Im not going to leave a review on that. This size however makes it much more affordable! I decant it into one of the empty smaller/regular bottles. Will buy again when I need to...... won't be for a while yet though! ;P

Use as I am diabetic and cant drink tea without sugar, This has no nasty aftertaste like artificial sweeteners. And a very low glycaemic index rating, about 19 I think.

The small bottles in the shops are expensive when compared to table sugar, but having gone 'sugar-free', I wanted a plant-based sweetener that wasn't much more costly - buying this product bulk via Amazon UK was the perfect solution.

It's the only thing I will use all natural. Love it could not recommended it highly enough. Great to find it in 5 litres. Would recommended seller have used them a couple of times always arrived before date given
