I have been taking these pills for about a week now and let me tell you it gives me so much energy ! I don’t go to bed yawning anymore . I don’t get sleepy throughout the day . I don’t wake up as groggy and lazy. I highly recommend this product . I am taking OneSol Greens as well so combining both products has really helped keep my tummy down .

I honestly will say that this product is definitely not for everyone. I am a person that does not like taking pills so I buy capsules so I can open it to put the powder on my tongue and take it that way just like taking a normal pill. But whenever I do that with this fat burner it does burn a lot on my tongue and my eyes and my nose while it’s in my mouth. Again, this product is different for everyone. I felt very dizzy and also really tired after taking these pills. Like I said again this is just a disclaimer that this product is definitely not for everybody. If you’re on here, just like how I was because you saw it on TikTok and thought it would be the best way to start losing your weight Make sure you do double research before getting this product. In my era of getting toned, I have learned that not every product is for everyone! This product is definitely not for everyone because everyone’s body will definitely not respond as my body did. If you have took a fat burner in the past and seen results that are to your liking definitely get this product! But if you’re a person like me that you can get a product and take it and maybe some will work, and some won’t then definitely don’t buy this and waste your money. Do your research before you buy it!

I've been trying to lose about 20-25lbs for a few months now. The scale just goes back and forth between the same 3lbs. I kid you not. One week I'm 188, the next I'm 187. Then I'm 189. Then back to 188. MONTHS this has been going on! I've changed up my diet, exercise, introduced weights, upped my water, upped my proten, etc. Calorie deficit is set for 750 and I eat roughly 1700-1800/day. Why does it have to be so hard after 40! lol I needed a little boost and came across these. Today is my 5th day taking these and so far, so good. They definately help suppress appetite and control my sweet tooth! I don't get the 3pm or 10pm hunger pain like I used to. I'm able to practice better portion control and be SATISFIED with the portion. I don't feel fatigued at the end of the day. And the results were immediate. Like the very first day I took them, I wasn't hungry. I ate when I needed to and not when I didn't! I was nervous beacuse I didn't want it to supress appetite so much that I don't eat at all. I know you have to eat to lose weight. Since today is only day 5, there hasn't been any weight loss as of yet. I've actually been the same weight (187.6-187.4) every morning, but hoping there's a drop soon, or at least loosening of my jeans. I will update this review after a few weeks.

I’ve tried other fat burners, this one has to be my favorite and the best one! Two weeks using the fat burner I’ve noticed a decrease in my weight & appetite. I stopped using the sol for about 2 week to test out the difference & i did see that it took me longer to lost the weight while keeping my same routine. We’re to begin with this product. One Sol Burn supplements are amazing. I purchased them because I am currently on my weight loss journey. And, ladies let me tell you this product does work. I was looking for supplements to help to not only lose weight and decrease cravings but it also boost mood and energy. Everything that is mention on the label is TRUE, and I have experienced it. I don’t like sharing my weight but for this purpose I will, I was at my heaviest 280 lbs and now I am at 256 lbs. I been going to the gym 4 times a week 1 hour a day, eating healthier and taking my supplements. But let me tell you, these supplements are the best addition to my routine. So if you ladies are looking to decrease cravings, boost your mood and energy and the best part to lose weight don’t hesitate to purchase them. I also take my supplements as it states in the bottle, two capsules when I wake up and additional two capsules six hours apart from the first dosage. I set an alarm to remind me. I just purchased my second bottle. Remember ladies if I can, that I am a widow and a mom of twin boys and work full time, so can you guys.
