Hello jecif.I think that the number you are quoting is for a different length blade from what I use. I use 5-21-293 (course) and 5-21-393 (fine) which are 10 inch (254mm) long blades. You will need to do some research - Google/Amazon. Good luck.

Hi S Button. Not too sure. I have an original 140mm metal surform and a later plastic one. The blades I bought fits both of them.

Mine is a 122A and it fits. It is also old. I am not sure of the 21-122 size however.
