Ok it been a while since ive done this and these tools did a pretty good job of helping me repair some damaged carpet. However the knife did not cut so well or maybe I was just having issues with the carpet I was using as it was used scrap peices and not new, not really sure which was the case but I resorted to a different carpet knife or heavy-duty shears depending on if I could find the knife. The tucking tool really helped in getting the carpet put back under baseboards and into carpet protection strips that was reopened back up. The roller helped with getting the fibers to mesh together after it was replaced, providing you got the nap right because if that was wrong it was never going match.

Great quality, especially for the price. It worked perfect for us replacing a piece of carpet with a stain.
