Value for money and good product
I put two dessert spoons of Chia seeds in a glass of this milk straight from the fridge. It was absolutely delicious. Personally I wouldn’t drink more than a glass of this milk in a day. It’s like anything less is more.

Coconut milk at its best flavour
This is a really tasty alternative to semi skimmed milk. I like it on cereals and in hot drinks. It's also fabulous used in iced matcha drinks. It also tastes lovely on its own with ice.

Best coconut milk i have tried
Me and my family have been drinking rude health milk for countless years and it is certianly worth the money, the flavour of the coconut milks has a nice sweet taste to it and is extremely refreshing. But like i say it is quite sweet so drinking it by itself can sometimes be a little bit much (in my opinion). I would highly recommend trying it in tea, coffee or hot chocolate though.

Rice milk with coconut
This product is mis-named. Rice is the first ingredient, followed by coconut. What a con. I hate lies and it's probably against the UK law. It tastes okay but I didn't want to consume rice. I will be going back to my other brand.

Good milk
I normally hate coconut milk but I had to start drinking it because of my health. This one was recommended to me and I honestly loved it, it has no gums and it tastes sweet and yummy. It also froths nicely in coffee
