Works as advertised
When following their instructions (esp regarding need for air to be able to circulate while operating fan) works great to keep content cool. No problems going through TSA at airport, provided pack is still frozen. With a carrying holster (purchased separately) easily transportable. Great asset for anybody who needs to move long distances while transporting temperature sensitive medications.

Amazing travel container
Excellent product that I use for travelling abroad and in this country. Keeps my vials at the right temperature. And is easy to use in the car plugging it into the cigarette lighter using an adapter. Very sturdy and a great size. Can be used with the plug or freezing the ice pack.

Excelente producto. Sirve para transportar medicamentos de forma segura. Si usas el gel dura alrededor de 26 horas. Puedes utilizar hielos o bien, conectarlo a la corriente y funciona como refrigerador. Excelente para viajes. Mis medicamentos se mantuvieron a excelente temperatura siempre. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

Does a great job keeping medicine cool for a couple days!
I bought this for an overseas trip. I take a weekly shot that needs to be refrigerated. Took it out of the fridge right before we left for the airport, put it in this cooler with the ice pack and the usb lid. I plugged it in to a charger for the airport ride, unplugged it for tsa security, then plugged it back in. The plane had a plug, so I utilized that on the plane for 6 hours. Once landed, I plugged it back into the charger. At the hotel I used a usb plug to keep it running. I left on a Friday night and on Monday morning, it was still cool. Not cold and the ice pack was defrosted, but it was definitely cool inside the container and the medicine was still cool as well. We went to Ireland in the fall, so we did not have super high temperatures to combat. Taking it through US security, they wanted it opened to verify it wasn't a water bottle. Bringing it back, they just put it in a machine to test for whatever (explosives?). it traveled well, super easy to use, withstood our travel. I highly recommend this product.
