This product claims to offer spf protection. what is the protection factor of this soother?

I’m not sure, but this made my dogs nose worse

Our 10 yr old German Shepherd has developed a very dry/cracked nose. How often would we have to apply this ointment to his nose to correct this?

My DDB has a very dry nose and at first I put it on 3 times a day. After 5 days there was a vast improvement and I dropped to once daily. Once her nose was normal I stopped but it went dry again so now she has it once daily to keep it normal.

Would this be suitable for a cat? Our princess nose butts the cat flap with such force her nose is often sore. Thank you
