This little stool really won over the family and it lives in the living room even thought I bought it for a stepping stool next to the bed, which is high. This turned out not to be appropriate as a stepping stool as you have to carefully step on it so it doesn’t tip. 9 times out of 10 you’d be ok, but there’s always the tenth time. My kitty immediately took this still over for sitting and scratching and hubby likes the look in the living room. I like it under my desk as a foot rest. It looks great as a decorative item with a plant or pottery. The straw on top is a cover with elastic that’s on the bottom that you can’t see. The wooden legs have felt on the bottom and it slides well on tile. It’s a super footrest or decorative item . Seems sturdy and well made so far. I’m sure kitty scratching it will take a toll at some point, but it’s inexpensive enough to get a new one(or just a cover if they sell that) If you have rough and tumble littles or chewy pups this isn’t for you. It’s nice for our home.

Love, love, love. Thought I might be disappointed because it isn't the height of an ottoman, but even my husband said he is surprised how nice it is just to lift your feet a little to rest while sitting on the couch! They're well made, adorable and give a cozy vibe to our tv room.

4.5 stars.. if there was more colors to pick from, I would have given 5 stars. I am 5'2" about 135 lbs. I am able to stand on the stool with out sinking in... Do I recommend standing on them... absolutely no... im only on them for a little bit to dehead my flowers. Theres no indication of my foot prints on them. They are comfortable for the cost of them. Durability for me is good

Super easy assembly, you just screw on the legs. I haven't had any issues with the fibers shedding so far. Looks great and is functional.

It’s cute but overpriced and I think the legs should be coated with a clear waterproof protection. Also, I ordered the brown two-tone and this company sent me the wrong color, so I spoke to Amazon and the seller sent me another one that was supposed to be brown two tone and again they sent me the wrong color. It’s starting to be an inconvenience.
