This could also be that you need to take it for a longer period of time. Either way, this isn't something I can really justify or see myself spending the money for on a regular basis. Stretching is tough, but it's also the best way to actually increase flexibility. As far as improving tendons...well, stretching is probably the best for that, too, lol. I don't want to knock the product completely. It isn't as though there are negative side effects, but it's tough to really give anything more than a "meh, it's fine, I guess" for a product like this.
