What size wrist will it fit ?

I'm male, with wrists that are probably slightly smaller than average. I note that my watch is on the maximum setting. It would be very suitable for smaller wrists.

What battery does it require?

I understand a Renata 377 / SR626SW or equivalent but I could not be sure It is a most elegant well made watch at a competitive price.

Is it easy to change the wrist / strap size ?

Yes, I used the blunt point of an old compas to push the pins and the rest was very easy, took out 2 links to suit my size.
