10 inch Knife Sharpening Steel, Japanese Flat Honing Rod

This is best sharpening steel I have ever used and it comes in a beautiful box and it very ergonomic to use

First the good points; this is a very well-made item. Excellent craftsmanship. I cannot fault the build quality at all. It comes with a very nice presentation box.It performs pretty well also. My only concern is that I paid more for it than I think it is really worth (£58 at the time of purchase). I think maybe £40 would be a fairer price.Again, the quality is outstanding and the performance is great, but I think my 3-year-old ceramic sharpener/honer rod does a slightly better job with my Zwilling knives and it was almost half the price of this. The downside of a ceramic sharpener is of course you have to be careful you don't drop it as they are quite brittle!Perhaps the flat version of this knife sharpener might perform a little better, but I'm not rich enough to buy another one. :)

Works well with my Japanese knives.

This honing steel is excellent, in all respects, I couldn’t be happier, definitely recommended.

Für alle die sich keinen Schund leisten können oder wollen. Einmal kaufen - fertig. Im vergleich zu WMF, Söhnle, Zwilling etc. pp. die ich bisher hatte, zeigt dieser Wetzstahl bisher nicht den kleinsten Verschleiß. Das überzeugt.

Merhaba, ürün pro boyutta ufak çakı ve bıçaklarda biraz zorlanırsınız ama Masat efsane bildiğiniz sıradan masatları unutun sanat eseri resmen, bu paraya birmilyoncuların sattığı masatları zar zor alıyoruz. Alır almaz bütün bıçakları sırayla biledim, maket bıçağı gibi oldu hepsi, kılağı çapak falan yok jilet gibi. Kesinlikle almayan pişman olur.
