It is a very good product. It automatically connected with my TV when it arrived. But the power button is not working properly. It works but after 2-3 tries later.

100 % working remote
I too had so many doubts whether this would work or not , but it's working 100 % perfect My TV Model is : 55X8000H Many had raised concerns whether Google assistant would work or not , but it's working . Follow the steps.. 1. Remove the batteries from the older remote. If not then there might be problem for the new remote to get connected to the TV 2. By powering on the new remote , only infrared based operation will work (means you have to project the remote towards the TV ) and Google Assistant will not work 3. Go to TV settings -> Remotes & Accessories -> Remote Control -> Connect Via Bluetooth. 4. Connect the remote via Bluetooth Once you do this Google assistant start to work and Bluetooth based remote operations start to work ( means you don't have to project the remote towards the TV every time you use ) Hope this information helps ..

Defective remote
Hi, This remote is not working from the first day. The number buttons are not working . We were travelling and couldnโt return the remote within the stipulated time . Pls advice

Good support from seller
The remote I purchased stopped working in 2 months. When I contacted Amazon support, they told me that the product comes with only a 7-day warranty, so they asked me to contact the seller for further support. I contacted 7Seven. They confirmed the 7-day warranty policy, but since I contacted them directly, they were kind enough to courier me a new remote at no extra cost. It was so professional and considerate. I thank the seller for the same.
