Excellent hands free! It stands in its own or lays on its side. Lights up at three different levels and has a small magnifying glass in the handle along with the LED bigger one. Powered by batteries or a charger. I work on jewelry and this works perfectly on my lap while looking at a tray. I can’t say enough good about it!

This is much larger than what I was expecting. I like that there are different levels of light brightness but kind of disappointed that it has to be plugged in for the light to work. I've not quite figured out why to put batteries in it as you still have to have it plugged in even with batteries in. It is a nice magnifying glass and it's great that it can stand on its own so you can have both hands free.

I'm a 50-something coin collector who wanted to get a lighted magnifying glass that provided 40X magnification and had a built-in stand. This item works perfectly for me. It offers a bright light, clear magnification at the expected resolution, a multi-angle built-in stand, the ability to power it via 3 AAA batteries (not included) or via the USB-A to pin connector (cable included).My favorite feature is the magnification - an upgrade from my previous magnifying glass. I didn't really think I needed the built-in light, but it's very helpful and allows me to look at coins in a room with poor lighting without the need for further illumination. The stand works well, but it feels a bit flimsy. Time will tell if with frequent use it will remain attached to the handle. I like the button placement for illumination (on the left side of the glass. The ability to use the light when it's plugged into a USB port is great, and an unexpected feature.The body of this item is plastic, and it feels balanced in my hand. It's not very heavy, which I think makes it a good choice for all ages. I think the glass area is generous, and for under twenty dollars I think it's a good choice for me with my only reservations being about the stand and whether or not it will remain durable. I wish it was made of metal or a thicker plastic which would instill a bit more confidence in its use.Overall, I'm pleased and I recommend it.

The magnifying glass works very well. The ultra magnification small magnifying glass is wonderful for specific purposes. The light is very functional and lights up the workspace. I would highly recommend this product and the price is excellent.

This is a very limited, specific use magnifying glass. If you’re looking to work with miniatures and sit still and paint, small objects that don’t move this is the tool for you. I was looking for a very general magnifying glass. A large one is matter fact, and this did not fit the bill for me, but it seemed to be well-made and they back it with a strong warranty. It’s just not the tool for me.

This a great magnifying glass for the money. The led lights are bright, the stand works good enough, and the ability to plug it into the wall is an added plus. I have been using to check for flaws on my sports cards. It works great for pre-grading.
