bought this vinegar for my Mother In Law and she said she loves it! it doesn't have that sharp, bitter taste like some balsamic vinegars do, I will have to purchase this for myself now :)

This is my go-to vinegar for all salad dressings. I discovered it while traveling in Italy and ordered it as soon as I got home. I haven’t bought store-bought dressings since—just a little olive oil and this vinegar, and every salad turns out perfect.

It's spendy, but worth it. Best smooth flavor for a balsamic vinegar. Very good and light salad dressing when paired with lemon olive oil.

This is the perfect vinegar for salads. It's light, slightly fruity, and pairs well with fresh fruits and vegetables. A little goes a long way. Most vinegars just taste sour and fall flat--you might as well just be using distilled vinegar. This is a traditional vinegar made by a company that takes the process seriously. It's a totally different product. It does cost a lot--but it's no different that spending $17 on a pound of freshly roasted coffee. If you are the kind of person who refuses to drink instant coffee then you should also refuse cheap vinegar.

This white balsamic is so superior to other brands. Not too much floral, yet rich and light. My only choice.

This is a wonderful accompaniment with salads. It's slightly sweet, fresh and acidic flavour go amazingly well on a fresh salad. It takes a salad to another level when you also add a splash of the 3 or 4 medal Guisti balsamic vinegar
