I've been taking Tudca for about 3 months now. I researched alot of different companies that make this product and decided to go with this one. After reading and finding out just how bad ultra processed foods are and alot of the food we eat is I needed to change. I bought this product and am also buying organic, grass fed food, too. I could tell a difference after a couple of weeks. I don't have the belly bloat, fatigue, indigestion issues or brain fog that I was having. I was wanting to feel better. I take two per day (1000 mg) for liver/gallbladder health, mainly gallbladder and have found it does the job for someone with GB issues.

Same product I get at nutrition center. Costs me 7.00 less. A bit large, but easy to swallow.
