I was looking for some different flavored electrolytes for my water. I came across these and decided to give the. A try! The Cherry Limeade and the Raspberry Lemonade are delicious. However, the pineapple coconut is horrible! If you like coconut water, which I don’t, you might like it! I was hoping it had more of the pineapple taste! I’m going to leave those in the staff lounge!

Very sweet depending if that's a pro/con for you, but good flavors, I've tried them all, with zero sugar as preferred.

So...I grabbed these lil beauties due to a discussion about other brands having high sugars. I decided to check out other options. Yes, the flavor isn't bad, and doesn't have a texture to put you off, yet OMG! It CAN and may possibly clean you clear out! We have used only 1/3-1/2 of a packet in water and whoa Nelly, hope you're not trying to be put all day without having "facilities" available.May this help prevent an unsavory or embarrassing experience for you.
